The below terms and conditions shall apply for the use of www.speedteach.com and the e-learning product available on the home page (hereinafter jointly referred to as the Home Page).
If you cannot accept these terms and conditions, please leave the Home Page.
- Name and trademark rights.
- All names, logos and trademarks on the Home Page are the property of SpeedTeach a/s (hereinafter referred to as SpeedTeach) and/or its associated companies or cooperation partners. Therefore they shall only be used according to prior permission from SpeedTeach or a third party.
- The contents of the Home Page, including text, graphics, icons, pictures, audio files, and software, are the property of either SpeedTeach or SpeedTeach’ s cooperation partners and are protected in accordance with the Danish Copyright Act and other legislation, including international treaties on immaterial property rights.
- Copying, dissemination and downloading.
- Unauthorised copying, dissemination, and publication of the Home Page or parts hereof are in contravention of the Danish Copyright Act and may result in civil as well as criminal proceedings.
Nor is it allowed to remove information from the Home Page concerning copyrights, etc.
- Downloading and other digital copying of the contents of the Home Page or parts hereof will only be allowed for personal, noncommercial use, unless otherwise agreed upon with SpeedTeach.

2. LICENSE TO THE HOME PAGE
- User name and password are personal.
- Users are obliged to treat the provided user name(s) and password(s) confidentially and shall therefore not hand them over to others.
- The user shall be responsible for all activities being performed on the Home Page in connection with the user’s account or use of the user’s password. The user should therefore take all necessary measures to ensure that the password is stored confidentially and out of reach of unauthorised and unlawful users.
SpeedTeach or the Authorized SpeedTeach Distributor through whom the user has acquired the user name and password shall be informed immediately, if the user has reason to believe that others than the rightful user are abusing the access.
- The user shall not attempt to gain access or assist others in gaining access to the Home Page without possessing a rightfully acquired user name and password.

3. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
- Information on the Home Page, including the e-learning courses available on the Home Page, is provided without any explicit or implicit guarantee for the accuracy or the completeness hereof. Furthermore, SpeedTeach is at any time entitled to change the contents of the Home Page and the e-learning products available on the Home Page without prior notice.
- Links.
- If links to a third party’s home page are made, SpeedTeach shall not be responsible for the contents of the page to which the link is made.
- Liability for damages.
- SpeedTeach can in no case be made responsible for the use of the Home Page or the e-learning courses available on the Home Page, including the user’s possible loss of income, operating loss, interruption of operations or similar loss.

4. CONTRIBUTION FROM USERS
- Communication with users.
- In so far as the user has access to contribute with information on the Home Page via a chat room or the like, the user is not allowed to use this access for the following:
- to commit a criminal offence
- to send material which is illegal, discriminating, threatening or offensive to persons, companies or sections of the population
- to name specified persons in such a way that these can be identified
- SpeedTeach is entitled to remove material which in SpeedTeach’s opinion is covered by the above list in clause 4.1.1. immediately and without informing the sender.
- SpeedTeach will make efforts to ensure that the contents of the Home Page are in accordance with the list in clause 4.1.1. at any time. However, SpeedTeach shall never be responsible for the lawfulness and the seriousness of material provided by users, and - explicitly or implicitly - accepted on the Home Page.
- All material, information or other types of communication received from the users via the Home Page shall be considered as nonconfidential and nonexclusive, and it does not entitle the sender to royalties or other kinds of compensation, regardless of the context in which it is used.
- SpeedTeach is entitled freely to upload, copy, distribute, incorporate, pass on, change and/or in other ways to use the received material for any commercial or noncommercial purpose.

5. PERSONAL DATA
- Processing of personal data.
- SpeedTeach’s processing of personal data shall be done in compliance with the Danish Personal Data Processing Act. Users can contact SpeedTeach (support), if they wish to receive information on which data are being processed on them, or if the users want the data deleted or corrected.
- Marketing.
- SpeedTeach shall treat all received information on the users confidentially and shall in no case pass on such information to third parties. Nor shall SpeedTeach use the information for purposes of marketing, including for sending e-mails with advertising contents, unless the users have agreed to this.

6. DISCONTINUATION OF THE ACCESS TO THE HOME PAGE
- If the users do not comply with the terms and conditions for the Home Page, SpeedTeach is entitled to break off the user’s access to the Home Page without notice.
- The discontinuation of the user’s access to the Home Page does not entitle the user to repayment of the paid purchase sum.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND LEGAL VENUE
- Disputes arising from the use of the Home Page shall be settled according to Danish law at the Court of Aalborg.
