MorphX section

In this section you will get introduced to MorphX – the integrated development environment for MS Dynamics AX and learn about the main application objects such as tables, forms, views, extended data types, menus and others.

X++ Basics section

In this section you will learn the basics of the internal MS Dynamics AX programming language – X++. You will study the main syntax of working with variables and operators; main control statements in X++ and working with classes and objects. Also we will consider how to work with the database in X++ code and handle exceptional situations.

X++ Advanced section

This section describes programming techniques and practices available when developing MS Dynamics AX solutions while using both MorphX features and X++ programming.

Advanced Development section

The course describes advanced areas of MS Dynamics AX development and the techniques used for integrating with third-party applications and components.

In order to start this course the following skills are needed:

•    Basic software development knowledge;
•    Microsoft Dynamics AX (user interface, navigation and data manipulation) basic knowledge
•    General knowledge of Microsoft Windows.

To successfully complete the course you will also need:

•    Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0, SP 5
•    A Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0 license including Windows MorphX Development Suite and X++ Source Code license keys.
