SpeedTeach gives you e-learning courses that make discovering the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics and other business-oriented products even more convenient. SpeedTeach offers this on an an innovative web-based e-learning system, and it is designed from the start to be user-friendly.

What is a SpeedTeach e-learning course?
A SpeedTeach e-learning course can be defined as a sequence of multimedia interactive slides that help you quickly master Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV, CRM, Microsoft Office, and other e-learning areas.

What are the advantages of your courses?
The best way to see the advantages of SpeedTeach is to try it yourself. From the main page, select the needed course under the FreeBees section in the lower
right corner, and then follow the instructions. In the Course Catalogue you can
also watch a flash movie for each course.

Can I get a demo of your courses?

How can I buy a course from SpeedTeach?
Actually you buy not the course itself, but the access to it (represented as a code).
This code gives you 3-months access to the chosen course. To buy the code, click
Catalogue, select the needed category, browse to the
needed course, click Buy, and follow the further instructions.

Why should I choose a reseller when purchasing a course?
SpeedTeach operates with a network of resellers. Your choice of reseller has no
effect on the course price. We recommend choosing one of your current business partners
if they are listed or those located in you region.

What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for access to the courses by using Visa or MasterCard payment cards.

What should I do with an activation code?
Log in, click the Activate Code link under the My SpeedTeach menu (available only
after logging in), enter or copy the code to the text box, and click Activate.

Should I prepare my PC/browser to run a SpeedTeach course?

How will a course be delivered to me?
You run courses in your browser. On the SpeedTeach portal, Open the My Courses page, select an available course from the list and click Run.

Can I download a course to my PC?
No, you cannot. SpeedTeach courses are available online only.

I have activated the code and the course is in My Courses list but it still does not run.
Check the compatibility of your PC and your browser setup. See the Technical Questions section below for detailed instructions. If the problem continues,

How many times can I run a course?
(Is the number of times I can run a course limited?)
Within three months from its activation, you can run an activated course an unlimited number of times.
(There is no limitation on the number of times you run a course, but the time when a course is available is limited to three months from its activation.)

Can I purchase a code for somebody else?
Yes, you can. Register at the SpeedTeach portal, purchase an activation code that gives access to a course and then send the other person the code. To get access to the course, the other person has to register and enter the activation code you bought.

May I pass my login information to another person to run a course?
No, you may not. The Terms of Use forbids passing your login information to other people. Read the Terms of Use here.

I have lost my codes after purchasing. What should I do?
Enter the SpeedTeach portal using your login and password, and then open the Activation Code Statistics page. This page contains the list of available activation codes. Find your code in the list.

What is a SpeedTeach certificate?
Many SpeedTeach courses include final exam tests. If you choose to take one and pass it successfully, SpeedTeach will provide a final exam certificate for you in electronic format.

Courses require the Macromedia Flash plug-in to run successfully.If you receive an error message saying that the Flash plug-in is not installed visit the Macromedia web site to install the latest Flash player:

Enabling file downloads
In order for files to be opened from Content Point (e.g. Word or Excel files), the File download setting must be enabled.
To enable file downloading:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- On the Security tab, click Custom Level.
 - Click Enable under the File download option.
- Click OK to save the changes.

Showing pictures on a web page
Pictures must be set to display in your browser in order to use the learning management system.
To set pictures to display:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- Click the Advanced tab.
 - Ensure a tick is in the 'Show Pictures' check box.
- Click OK to save the changes.

Enabling pop-up windows
For Internet Explorer 6 SP2 (all Windows XP SP2 computers), your browser will need to be configured to allow pop-up windows.
To enable pop-up windows:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- On the Security tab, click Custom Level.
 - Ensure that the above three options are set as shown.
- Click OK to close the box.
- Click OK again to save the options.

Enabling JavaScript
JavaScript needs to be enabled to allow courses to run.
To enable JavaScript:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- Select Security then Custom Level.
 - Set 'Active scripting' to Enable.
- Click OK to save the changes.

Adding your e-learning server as a Trusted Site
To allow courses to run correctly, your e-learning server may need to be added as a Trusted Site in Internet Explorer. This will allow courses to run correctly but will not compromise your computer’s security.
To add your e-learning server as a Trusted Site:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- Click on the Security tab.
- Click on the green icon for Trusted Sites and click the button below it that says Sites.
 - Type in the address of your e-learning server, e.g. http://www.speedteach.com
- Uncheck the box that says Require server verification for all sites in this zone.
- Click the Add button.
- Click OK.
- Click OK again to save the new settings.

Should I change browser pop-up window filter settings?
If you have any additional toolbars (like Google Toolbar e.g.) or pop-up window
filters installed in your browser, set them to allow pop-up windows for the SpeedTeach
portal, since pop-up window blocking may prevent you from running SpeedTeach courses.
Switch off pop-up window blocking completely if possible.
